📋 Description

• Conduct a variety of data analyses on the performance of laboratory personnel systems, STEM outreach programs, technology transfer, infrastructure, and federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs) • Respond to client requests or proactively identify data needs • Determine the most suitable data systems for acquiring required information • Process acquired data using big data platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, DataBricks or Tableau for accuracy and relevance • Conduct quality assurance procedures, including cleaning, labeling, and grouping data appropriately • Develop visual representations of data to convey meaningful insights as per initial requirements • Utilize existing data and databases to fulfill requests, reducing reliance on field calls • Offer suggestions for refining data collection methods, minimizing repetitive queries, and enhancing precision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Minimum of five (5) years of recent and relevant experience in Data Engineering Statistics or Data Analytics Program Management • Knowledge of DoD data systems • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance • Experience working in DoD RDTE enterprise (desired) • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R (desired) • Knowledge or experience with Qlik, Databricks, Tableau, or other analytical platforms (desired) • Experience utilizing DoD financial and contracting systems (desired) • Understanding of the PPBE system and processes (desired) • Knowledge of DoD FFRDC program management (desired)
