📋 Description

• Supporting the organization’s purchasing activities by managing the procurement process from requisition to receipt • Ensuring timely processing of the purchase of goods and services • Processing purchase requests, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely processing of goods and services purchases • Maintaining and updating vendor records, contracts, and pricing agreements • Coordinating with internal departments to clarify specifications and requirements • Monitoring order status, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies or delays • Preparing and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and reports • Supporting audits and assisting with budget and cost control efforts • Performing other duties that support the overall objective of the position

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred • 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience • Experience working with procurement software or ERP systems preferred • Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or similar certification preferred
