📋 Description

• Responsible for analyzing financial information and preparation of financial reports with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management General Ledger (GL) and accounts receivable. • Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position. • Reviews and analyze financial statements and ensure they are properly stated in accordance with GAAP. • Performs financial month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, preparation of journal entries, and month end accruals. • Processes customer contracts; prepares monthly customer billing. • Audits client account transactions, identify and resolves discrepancies. • Assists with preparing customer margin reporting. • Assists with internal and external audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • 5+ plus years of experience in accounting. • U.S. GAAP and accounting best practices, Revenue Cycle Management, financial statements and reports, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Communication (written, verbal), accounting and analytical skills, mathematical, critical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills. • Prioritize workload, multi-task, work in fast paced environment, team player, meet deadlines, establish and maintain effective working relationships.
