📋 Description

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including debits, credits, journal entries, and reconciliations. • Manage and review the work of supervisors, and accountants to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Perform quarterly and annual general ledger cleanups and ensure books are audit-ready. • Lead month-end and year-end closing, review financial statements, and prepare management reports. • Train, coach, and evaluate the accounting team to ensure consistent application of accounting standards. • Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures. • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and financial best practices. • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including atleast 2 years in a managerial role. • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting. • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar). • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
