⢠Residence within the assigned West Coast Territory (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, CA, NV, AZ, UT, TX, OK, AR, MO, NE) ⢠High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical education or college degree preferred ⢠Minimum of five years of sales and/or sales management experience in a related industry ⢠Minimum of five years experience with fabrication tooling (Punch/Die, Press Brake, and Laser products) ⢠Ability to travel regionally as necessary (50% or more) ⢠Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with CAD or programming software is a plus ⢠Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills ⢠Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset ⢠Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail ⢠Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing ⢠Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods; reach with hands and arms; lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally
