đź“‹ Description

• Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with clients, Sales, Research, and Operations, acting as a key partner to grow the business through Campaign Analytics (CA) solutions. • Business Objectives: Translate broad business needs into specific, measurable research questions that can be solved by Nielsen solutions. • Research & Analysis: Independently design, execute, and present detailed research analyses, primarily focused on test vs. control methodology to determine the lift driven by measured campaigns. • Client Delivery: Use in-depth Product knowledge to independently support clients in designing and executing studies. Analytically consult with clients on the results, ensuring insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered. • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA checks on test setup, data quality, and presentation materials to ensure best practices are strictly followed. • Collaboration & Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate issues, find the root cause, and proactively resolve them with appropriate parties. • Project Management: Maintain accurate records of study timelines, milestones, and presentation dates, keeping all relevant internal and external stakeholders updated.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in analytics and/or media or marketing planning • Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree is a plus • Excellent critical thinking ability and a desire to seek solutions for novel situations • Stats background is a strong plus • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to grasp new concepts easily and present them simply • Advanced level of English (written and verbal) is required • Technical proficiency in Office/Google Suite of software solutions • A self-motivated, curious learner with the ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects at once, and quickly adapt to new challenges • Strong Plus: Media and advertising industry knowledge, past experience in digital media buying/planning and marketing analytics, and experience with Syndicated data sets (Nielsen IQ and/or IRI)
