• Responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the organization's core technical infrastructure — including networks, servers, systems, and cloud/hosting environments • Ensure the infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available, translating infrastructure strategy into operational execution • Manage and maintain the organization's network, server, and systems infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance • Lead infrastructure transformation and upgrade projects to enable the organization to scale • Implement and maintain infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements • Oversee systems and network architecture, capacity planning, and disaster recovery/business continuity readiness • Partner cross-functionally to assess and address the organization's technology infrastructure needs • Manage infrastructure projects from conception to implementation and evaluation • Manage the infrastructure budget and ensure resources and assets are utilized within approved budget • Monitor information security principles and practices as they relate to infrastructure systems • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure • Identify, develop, and implement process/policy improvements within the infrastructure team • Participate in hiring activities including candidate selection and interviews for infrastructure roles • Support collaborators on the infrastructure team in training, development, performance, and competency alignment
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required • Demonstrated a minimum of seven years of experience in IT infrastructure roles is required • Demonstrated a minimum of three years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required • Demonstrated experience in systems and network architecture, information security principles, and IT best practices • Demonstrated experience conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is required
