• Process new commercial policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations • Review applications and supporting documents for compliance with standards and regulations • Maintain accurate client files, policy records, and documentation • Enter and verify data in insurance management and CRM systems • Provide responsive support to clients, agents, underwriters, and internal service teams • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies • Prepare reports on policy processing activities and performance metrics
• Previous experience in Commercial Lines insurance processing (Property & Casualty and/or Health Benefits highly preferred) • Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS360, EZLynx, or similar CRM systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team
