📋 Description

• Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data including patients, inventory, claims, orders, and payers • Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform • Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration • Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process • Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company • Strong proficiency with SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms • Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must be based in the U.S. • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases is a plus • Prior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments is preferred • Exposure to data migration in healthcare is preferred
