📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners and direct accounts • Achieve annual sales and performance goals • Report significant activity to Regional Sales Director • Travel within sales region to develop and grow business • Conduct building surveys and product demonstrations • Effectively use sales tools for project completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education • A Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial sales or in a related industry • Direct sales experience is a plus • Strong work ethic and problem-solving initiative • Strong selling skills and end-user account management skills • Proficiency in MC Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Proficient in Sales Force • Effective time and territory management skills • Ability to lift and stand for prolonged periods • Willingness to travel overnight as required
