📋 Description
• Online psychological counseling sessions for people who want to work on their mental well-being • Each session is 45 minutes and is conducted through our platform • Identify clients' needs and offer individualized, sustainable solutions to improve their mental well-being
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's and Master's degree/Diploma in Psychology, ideally with a focus on Clinical Psychology and/or Organizational Psychology • At least three years of experience in conducting one-on-one counseling (minimum 800 hours of 1:1 counseling experience) • Use only evidence-based methods • High degree of empathy and experience supporting people in difficult situations • Availability of at least 5 hours per week for collaboration with us • Ability to communicate in German Sign Language (DGS)
