📋 Description
• work within our ServiceNow practice to develop solutions for Risk use cases on the platform. • developing automated testing, and configuring tables, security rules, workflows, reports and notifications; both within the traditional and workspace-based views of ServiceNow.
🎯 Requirements
• A recognised university degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics, accounting, business or other relevant disciplines. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, and technical designs, defining user stories, and working with onshore/offshore development teams • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills. • Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic. • Experience in the implementation of GRC solutions in either ServiceNow or other products (such as Archer, OpenPages, etc.) • ServiceNow CIS certification in GRC/IRM suite (Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management etc.) • Experience in the development of automated testing using ServiceNow’s Automated Testing Framework (ATF) • ATF micro-certification
