📋 Description
• Assist senior agents in identifying and recruiting talented football players through research and match attendance • Support preparation and negotiation of player contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance and representing clients’ best interests • Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling • Develop and maintain relationships with players, clubs, and other stakeholders • Provide administrative support by maintaining detailed records of player profiles, contracts, and negotiations
🎯 Requirements
• Passion for football and the sports industry • Moderate experience as a football agent or consultant • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with players and clubs • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of player contracts and legal aspects of sports management • Interest in recruiting players aged 16+
