📋 Description

• Execute Clinical Sales Strategy and Lead Program Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals, focusing on launching new programs, growing existing initiatives, and expanding market presence. • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with the company’s sales objectives. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical applications of our robotic lung navigation system. • Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers to ensure they are proficient in utilizing our technology. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions to enhance their experience and success with our products. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the field of respiratory medicine. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and materials. • Recruit, onboard, and train new members of the clinical sales team. • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred. • Minimum of 3 years people management experience. • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting. • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously. • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities. • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
