📋 Description

• Lead client workshops to understand planning processes and capture requirements • Translate ambiguous business needs into functional designs and explain technical decisions in plain English • Design and build connected planning models in Pigment, including driver-based models, multi-dimensional logic and scenarios • Configure planning solutions for profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting use cases • Work with client data, imports, integrations, source-system mapping and reconciliation • Own assigned workstreams by estimating effort, planning delivery, managing priorities and flagging risks • Test solutions, check calculations and data accuracy, and support clients through go-live and tight deadlines • Create design documents, handover notes, user guidance and training materials • Deliver client training and handover sessions supporting adoption and self-sufficiency • Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to practice development and share reusable approaches • Build Pigment expertise and complete relevant certification

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with a connected planning or EPM platform such as Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Jedox, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, or IBM TM1/Planning Analytics • Alternatively, advanced Excel modelling experience, including driver-based models, multi-dimensional logic, complex lookups and scenario modelling, with evidence of building models relied on by other users • Good understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting • Workforce or sales planning experience would be an advantage • Comfortable working with data imports, integrations, mapping and reconciliation • Basic awareness of SQL or ETL concepts • Structured problem-solving approach using dimensions, drivers and calculations • Confident running workshops, gathering requirements, presenting recommendations and constructively challenging assumptions • Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply • Ability to manage multiple clients, workstreams and changing priorities • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Collaborative, accountable and calm under pressure • Honest and transparent with clients and colleagues • Motivation to solve problems and build useful solutions • Keen to grow a career in planning technology and gain Pigment certification quickly
