📋 Description

• Manage and grow NoGigiddy's social media accounts across all major platforms • Create, schedule, and publish content daily, including captions, graphics, and short-form video • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice • Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordingly • Collaborate with the content and design team on campaigns and launches • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, and report weekly • Identify and engage with influencer and creator partnership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • Proven experience managing social media accounts, personal or professional • Strong copywriting instincts • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, or similar • Comfortable creating basic graphics in Canva or similar • Data-aware approach to evaluating performance and optimizing content • Reliable and consistent availability for social media management
