• Lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and implementation • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications • Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points • Analyze user behavior data and feedback to inform design decisions • Create user personas and journey maps to guide product development • Work closely with customer success teams to gather insights from existing users • Partner with engineering teams to ensure feasible and high-quality implementation of designs • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership • Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions • Establish and iterate on design processes and workflows • Maintain design documentation and asset libraries • Stay current with B2B SaaS design trends and best practices • Contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization
