📋 Description

• Lead and oversee strategic GTM initiatives with key partners, from concept through execution. • Align internal teams (sales, product, enablement, operations) and partner stakeholders around shared growth objectives and milestones. • Drive the development and delivery of partner-facing programs, including joint solution positioning, field initiatives, and sales acceleration campaigns. • Ensure co-branding efforts are properly scoped, approved, and executed with clear attribution and measurable sales follow-through. • Own the GTM execution plan for joint solution and service launches, ensuring seamless alignment across product, sales, and partner organizations. • Define success criteria and guarantee both parties are launch-ready with clear messaging, compelling value propositions, and customer-facing assets. • Design and implement repeatable joint growth programs (e.g., pipeline generation sprints, sales plays, account-based activation). • Monitor program performance and deliver regular updates to internal and partner stakeholders, emphasizing measurable sales impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in partner-facing roles such as channel sales, partner programs, strategic alliances, or GTM operations. • Demonstrated success in owning and executing complex, cross-functional projects with external partners. • Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management across internal teams and partner organizations. • Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across sales, product, and operations—not limited to marketing. • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and ownership. • It would be nice if you also have: • Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. • MBA or other business-oriented postgraduate qualification.
