📋 Description

• Owning program management and playing a trusted advisor that customers get the most value out of solutions • Being an expert and technical advisor to architect and manage the web performance and security solutions • Defining an account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline • Leading a cross functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy • Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent • Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success • Have experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully • Have experience in web development and security technologies, methodologies and languages • Have excellent communication and presentation skills and articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner • Be a team player with an ability to work independently and as a part of a remote team
