📋 Description

• Build the structure and tools that accelerate partner onboarding, certification, and time-to-productivity. • Guide global enablement programs that simplify partner experiences and strengthen long-term collaboration. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution. • Lead initiatives that enhance program scalability, partner engagement, partner enablement, and operational efficiency. • Measure enablement effectiveness and use insights to improve partner adoption. • Champion a partner-first mindset across all enablement touchpoints and programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 7+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing and a high school diploma or equivalent. • Understand partner business models such as VARs, Distributors, SIs, Services Partners (Security and Cloud Compute) and MSSPs. • Demonstrate practical expertise with PRM, LMS, or platforms designed for credentialing and skill validation. • Show exceptional project management and decision-making abilities in dynamic and high-energy environments. • Leverage data effectively to inform enablement decisions and demonstrate measurable business outcomes. • Communicate effectively across global teams, building influence and alignment.
