📋 Description

• Developing strategic sales plans to maximize opportunities through existing account and new accounts • Utilizing marketing resources and industry knowledge to create and manage a high-volume sales pipeline ensuring forecast accuracy • Securing new and renewals contracts to maximize adoption of Akamai technology and customer satisfaction • Partnering with sales engineers, influencers and subject matter experts to ensure consultative engagement with prospects and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors' degree • Excellent knowledge of the Cyber Security Ecosystems, Cloud Security and Zero Trust • Successful sales experience in system, solution or channel sales within the SLED environment • Previous experience selling IT solutions to California State & Local governments and Education • Previous experience selling IT solutions to the Department of Homeland Security • Ethical approach to sales, integrity, personal dedication, and upholding Akamai values.
