📋 Description

• Leading end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility, multi-team technical programs • Driving alignment across engineering, product, and business leaders while managing competing priorities • Developing successful partnerships with engineering, product and program stakeholders across the organization • Identifying areas for process improvement, architecting and proposing solutions and implementing the change management • Mentoring and guiding TPMs and engineers on execution best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Have 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, another related field, or its equivalent • Have solid business acumen with ability to connect program work to company strategy and expertise in risk management, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguity • Be able to take proactive ownership to anticipate needs, identify gaps early, help close gaps, and resolve issues or blockers • Be extremely well-organized, details-oriented, motivated, and technically-oriented • Have excellent and storytelling communication skills for both technical and executive audiences and ability to build solid relationships and influence decisions across organizations without authority • Possess skills in networking, cloud knowledge, and project tools such as Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence, Aha, JQL, eazyBI, Tableau
