📋 Description

• Verantwortung für Gestaltung, Umsetzung von SAP HCM/SuccessFactors-Prozessen • Betreuung und Verbesserung bestehender HCM-Lösungen • Unterstützung im 2nd Level Support gemäß ITIL-Standards • Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten je nach Erfahrung • Ausbau der Kenntnisse in SAP Fiori und SAP Cloud Platform Integration durch Projekte

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCM-Berater:in • Know-how in SAP HCM on premise und SAP-Fiori • Kenntnisse in Integration und Fehleranalyse von Vorteil • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in internationalem Umfeld • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch oder Spanisch sind Pluspunkte
