• Lead medical strategy across Paediatric Oncology (Pedmarqsi) throughout the product lifecycle • Develop and execute global medical plans, translating clinical insights and unmet needs into actionable strategies • Act as medical lead within global teams, influencing brand strategy and lifecycle management • Align global and local implementation • Build and maintain relationships with external experts, scientific societies, and patient organisations • Oversee data generation, interpretation, and communication, including studies and publications • Translate insights into impactful business actions • Provide medical input into regulatory, training, and commercial materials • Ensure scientific accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (e.g. MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD) • Significant experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Strong understanding of clinical development, evidence generation, and regulatory processes • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence global stakeholders • Experience developing and executing medical strategies across multiple markets • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific data
