📋 Description

• Create high-quality technical guides and documentation showing developers how to deploy popular open-source projects on Northflank • Serve as the first point of contact for technical deployment questions from new customers • Lead technical onboarding sessions to help customers understand best practices for deploying on Northflank • Research and identify popular open-source projects that would benefit from deployment guides on Northflank • Become a product expert in Northflank's capabilities and the broader cloud-native ecosystem • Assist with technical demos during sales calls and customer meetings • Proactively identify common customer pain points and work with the product team to address them • Document and share customer success stories and deployment patterns • Build relationships with local developer communities through regular meetup attendance and participation • Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product team to influence product direction • Stay current with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes best practices • Attend industry events and conferences to engage with the developer community (approximately twice per year)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field from a top university or equivalent experience • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (through coursework, personal projects, or internships) • Exceptional written communication skills (in English) with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and DevOps practices • Must be located in or willing to relocate to a major metropolitan area to participate in local developer communities.
