📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end configuration of new client payrolls, including pay elements, tax codes, pension schemes, and statutory settings • Develop, document, and maintain payroll onboarding SOPs • Act as the main client contact during onboarding, guiding data collection, system setup, and go-live • Liaise with payroll, onboarding, customer success, and product teams for smooth handover, aligned timelines, and issue resolution • Flag recurring pain points, bugs, and feature requests to the product team • Support payroll migration projects, moving clients from existing systems onto the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements • Experience setting up or onboarding new payrolls onto a system or platform • Comfortable liaising across multiple internal teams and directly with clients • Strong attention to detail, particularly around system configuration and data accuracy • Comfortable creating and maintaining process documentation and SOPs • Able to manage multiple onboarding projects at once • Able to work UK business hours • Experience with Ireland payroll legislation (desirable) • Previous experience in hospitality payroll (desirable) • Right to work in the UK/the Republic of Ireland
