📋 Description

• Prepare and process payroll for hospitality businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK payroll legislation • Manage and respond to employee and client queries through the payroll inbox, including pay calculations, tax deductions, pension contributions, and related matters • Ensure payroll processing complies with current UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for each client • Identify and escalate complex payroll queries to senior team members • Assist with other payroll tasks and projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements • Experience using payroll software or platforms • Understanding of tax codes, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments • High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for payroll reporting • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly to clients and employees • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Able to work UK business hours • Desirable: Experience with Ireland payroll legislation • Desirable: Knowledge of HR and workforce management software • Desirable: Experience working in a SaaS environment • Right to work in the UK or the Republic of Ireland
