📋 Description

• Architect a unified operating model across DevOps, IT, data, security, and automation to support Product, GTM, Finance, and general Ops aspects of the business. • Roll out AI-driven agentic tooling across teams to accelerate decision-making and productivity. • Understanding of the Theory of Constraints and Continuous Deployment to identify bottlenecks and drive systemic improvements. • Lead, mentor, and scale an initial team of five — growing responsibly with business priorities. • Establish a robust security and compliance posture, including risk and incident response. • Build secure, scalable data platforms that act as trusted strategic assets. • Modernize internal systems to reduce friction and improve employee experience. • Partner with executives to align Information Operations (InfoOps) strategy with overall company goals. • Work closely with company stakeholders to enable/improve data-driven flows, such as product metrics and billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience across technical domains: DevOps, Data, IT, and Security. • Track record rolling out AI/agentic tooling and driving adoption. • Experience building and scaling teams responsibly and strategically. • Strong business acumen — able to weigh trade-offs and prioritize for impact. • Excellent communication and executive presence — skilled at influencing across all levels. • History of leading organizational transformations in fast-moving environments. • A systems-thinking mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
