📋 Description

• Executing the design of Nouria’s store layout • Fixture placement and product arrangement • Analyzing sales data • Collaborating with merchandising and marketing teams • Executing planograms • Ensuring compliance with company standards • Promoting visual merchandising excellence • Leading and executing store resets • Performing assembly and installation of fixtures and PDQs • Making adjustments needed to maintain strategies • Partnering with the store team to solve merchandising opportunities • Re-merchandising products to maximize sales • Responsible for installations as part of remodels and other initiatives • Assisting in training new team members through job shadowing

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent • Minimum 2 years’ experience • Valid Driver’s License • Excellent Time Management Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-Starter • Ability to multitask • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
