📋 Description

• Review work product prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, 5500 form, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance • Review work product for other departments as necessary • Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects as time permits • Provide feedback and training on work product to junior staff members • Interpret plan documents/notices • Keep current with new regulations and legislation; maintain an awareness of proposed regulations and legislation • Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study

🎯 Requirements

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing • Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations • Strong research and analytical skills • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task • High level of critical thinking • Coachable and committed to professional development • Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus • Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer • 37.5-hour work week
