📋 Description

• Design, develop, and facilitate innovative, interactive instructor-led and eLearning solutions for customer-facing field teams • Collaborate with General Management, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical, external vendors, internal training partners, and subject matter experts • Develop learning solutions covering disease-state and portfolio knowledge, account planning, customer engagement skills, and territory management • Design and implement learning solutions from new-hire onboarding through ongoing in-role knowledge and skill development • Lead and support product, disease-state, portfolio, and core capability curricula • Develop content for continuing education and internal training meetings • Partner with Therapeutic Area leadership to identify priorities and incorporate content into presentations, workshops, and learning experiences • Identify, adapt, and promote relevant internal learning assets • Conduct learning needs analyses using customer feedback, field interactions, performance insights, and subject matter expert input • Develop role-specific curricula for diverse customer-facing teams • Support vendor selection and contract negotiations • Manage assigned training budgets and deliverables • Lead and facilitate training programs across the product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical experience (preferred), potentially across sales representative, sales training, or marketing • Strong product, disease-state, and portfolio knowledge • Ability to learn and support multiple disease areas, therapies, priorities, and customer needs • Presentation, facilitation, and platform skills • Ability to communicate in small and large settings • Artificial Intelligence (AI) fluency • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of portfolio strategy, business priorities, and associated tactics • Ability to partner across commercial, medical, market access, patient services, capabilities, and external vendors • Administrative management skills, including planning, organization, operational decision making, and analysis • Demonstrated experience working with others to achieve organizational objectives • Ability to anticipate and adapt and support changing business needs • Diverse marketplace, customer, and competitive landscape knowledge of Neuro-Immunology preferred
