📋 Description

• Support the Director of Medical Affairs Omnichannel Engagement • Execute and govern the medical omnichannel engagement strategy • Enable medical affairs to drive towards modernized engagement • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align strategic objectives • Identify, collect, automate and analyze data for scientific engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required, advanced or scientific doctoral degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ differential experience in the pharmaceutical industry and medical or scientific affairs • Experience in more than one functional area preferred • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and measured outcomes • Ability to work with both short- and long-term timelines across multiple therapeutic areas • Strong attention and experience with operational process creation and efficiency • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
