📋 Description
• Participate in an 8–12 week exploratory internship at one of Novo’s global ministry locations • Step outside of your comfort zone and experience the work God is doing in the host location • Use gifts, talents, and skills to serve and accelerate the work of the kingdom in the host location • Seek confirmation of ministry giftedness and personal missional calling • Participate on a team and submit to Novo leaders • Complete required training and documentation before the trip • Fundraise the financial support required to fund the entirety of the trip
🎯 Requirements
• Age 22+ • Applicant must be of the Christian faith and aligned with Novo’s beliefs and values • Care about the global Church and reaching the nations with the good news of Jesus Christ • Desire to serve God and others • Embrace a high biblical, Christ-like standard of conduct publicly and personally • Devoted and obedient follower of Jesus • Self-aware with a high degree of emotional intelligence • Humble and willing to start from below • Curious and teachable, willing to learn from others • Flexible and able to adapt to new cultural settings • Willing to participate on a team and submit to Novo leaders • Faithful/fruitful in home context • Commitment to follow through with the internship from start to finish • Submit to required training(s) • Fundraise the financial support required to fund the entirety of the trip • Submit required documentation, including passport, health insurance information, background check, and waiver • Internships involving minors require additional vetting and training
