📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation and upgrade projects • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Manage project budgets and ensure profitability • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and customer success • Ensure projects align with business objectives and client expectations • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within software/technology or legal tech • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent) • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus • Background in legal technology, document management, or professional services preferred • Must be a US citizen or have working rights
