📋 Description

• Je geeft workshops en trainingen aan gebruikers; • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen; • Je begeleidt klanten in interactieve sessies en adviseert over de mogelijkheden van de applicaties; • Je configureert en richt de applicaties in en ondersteunt bij testen (o.a. UAT); • Je ondersteunt gebruikers en beheerders bij vragen na implementatie; • Je signaleert verbeterkansen en adviseert de klant proactief; • Je fungeert als schakel tussen business, IT en andere betrokken teams.

🎯 Requirements

• HBO werk- en denkniveau; • 3–5 jaar relevante ervaring met software-implementaties of consultancy; • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling; • Analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend denken; • Affiniteit met IT en bedrijfsprocessen; • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken; • Kennis van cloudplatformen, infrastructuur of interfaces is een pré; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; • Een rijbewijs.
