🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of real design experience (agency or equivalent standard) • Understand layout, hierarchy, grid systems, and composition deeply • Have strong typography sensitivity • Think in systems, not one-off visuals • Care about consistency and craft • Take feedback fast, refine fast, and move on — no ego, no drama • Are reliable. We don’t chase people.
