• Responsible for the oversight, management, and ongoing compliance of monitoring of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across multiple Covered Entity (CE) clients supported by NuvemRx • Serves as NuvemRx's 340B compliance subject matter expert for assigned covered entities, delivering guidance on regulatory interpretation and audit expectations • Manages multiple 340B program types concurrently with oversight to each organization's operational model and state specific Medicaid requirements • Works independently to plan, coordinate, and perform ongoing compliance reviews, internal audits, and monthly/quarterly reconciliation oversight for assigned accounts • Acts as the liaison between the covered entity leadership and stakeholders such as pharmacy operations, compliance, finance, wholesalers, manufacturers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and contract pharmacies • Supports CE specific 340B oversight committees, ensuring program operations are documented, risk mitigation steps are implemented, and compliance remains central to decision making • Conducts data analysis and program performance monitoring to identify opportunities to maximize compliant program savings and reduce financial or compliance risk • Manages 340B ESP submissions as needed, ensuring accurate claim data reporting and resolution of manufacturer inquiries to support compliant replenishment • Ensures that 340B-related documentation, workflows, and audit trails are complete, accurate, and audit-ready for HRSA audits, manufacturer inquiries, payer reviews, and internal assessments • Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of 340B policies, procedures, and SOPs, tailored to each CE’s operational structure • Participates in strategic discussions regarding program implementation, expansion, or redesign for assigned Covered Entities • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Specific 340B training and knowledge required • Minimum 2–3 years of 340B program experience in a healthcare setting • Experience with project management or healthcare operations preferred • Ability to interpret and apply 340B regulatory standards and pharmacy operational requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships across departments and client teams • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop and execute action plans • Capacity to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making ability • Ability to adapt within a complex and evolving environment
