• Serve as the trusted business leader, executive leader and problem solver, and the designated CSPs partners, with multi-functional role to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. • Build positive relationships with Executives and countries GM at CSPs. • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating groundbreaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into CSPs platforms and define GTM initiatives to extend through ecosystem. • Build enablement, pipeline, and go-to-market programs that help CSP teams and customers adopt NVIDIA technologies to address technical challenges. • Guide CSPs and their eco-system through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, encouraging co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions. • Map, track, and supervise business opportunities to identify growth opportunities, co work on specific opportunities, advise technology roadmaps, and compose adoption strategies. • Lead multi-functional teams across Cloud Sales Enablement, solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive CSPs engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies. • Positively represent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps. • Drive enablement, build and ensure delivery of enablement, workshops and bootcamps for CSP events and World AI tours focusing to CSP developer communities. • Support Developer activation at CSP events in regions where we have WWFO and Industry alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 15+ years of overall professional experience, and 10+ years of management experience, in the technology industry in leading CSPs co-sell & partner ecosystem, business development, developer/ISVs relations and technical partnerships. • Preferred experience working at more than one major CSP. • Experience working with or working at CSP, in the EMEA region with proven results • Proven skill in influencing cross functional teams. • Results focused. • Able to engage peer leaders within the CSPs. • Can influence their organizations to lead with the NVIDIA platform on core CSP services to GTM with Enterprises, Digital native and Startups and developer communities. • Confirmed experience leading, partnering, and scaling business & programs with the CSPs and ISVs and relevant verticals. • Proven track record to lead highly matrix management across Europe and North America and bring to bear the extended eco-system. • Significant technical proficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries. • Proven track record to structure and implement sophisticated technical engagements. • You negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed.
