📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for WorkForce Software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes. • Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams. • Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on WorkForce Software or similar workforce management platforms. • Strong understanding of time and attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance solutions. • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
