📋 Description

• Configure and implement WorkForce Software modules based on detailed functional specifications. • Translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality configurations. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Build and maintain configuration components including pay rules, schedules, attendance policies, and workflow automation. • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and compliance with business needs. • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Document configuration processes and contribute to knowledge base development. • Participate in client workshops and provide expert-level input on configuration best practices. • Stay current with WorkForce Software updates, features, and industry trends. • Occasional travel to client sites to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in WorkForce Software configuration and technical implementation. • Proven ability to interpret functional requirements and deliver accurate, scalable configurations. • Strong understanding of workforce management concepts including timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance. • Experience with XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies used in WorkForce Software. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with WorkForce Software integrations and reporting tools. (Preferred) • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. (Preferred) • WorkForce Software certification(s) or equivalent training. (Preferred) • Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients. (Preferred)
