🎯 Requirements
• Extensive professional fundraising experience • Expertise in principal and major gift cultivation and solicitation • Experience leading an aggressive fundraising program • Experience building, leading, and coaching teams of fundraisers • Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to work with donor data and analytics • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with donors • Track record of closing principal gifts of at least $1M+.
