You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape Observable's evolution, leading high-impact design initiatives that guide product direction and delight our users. You will craft delightful, visually excellent experiences and influence product decisions at every stage of development. • Our team is passionate about learning from our users and understanding their behaviors, challenges, and goals. 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in a related field • Knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, manage workloads, and meet project deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
