📋 Description

• Own invoicing, EDI submissions, and cash application across mass-retail accounts. • Maintain retailer compliance (810/820/850/852), ensuring documentation and workflows are accurate and audit-ready. • Keep A/R aging clean; manage payment cadence and follow-ups. • Maintain and refine SOPs, checklists, and compliance workflows. • Manage daily work inside RetailLink and Target POL. • Investigate shortages, compliance penalties, and shipping discrepancies. • Prepare evidence packets; file and track disputes through resolution. • Identify recurring deduction patterns and partner cross-functionally to prevent repeat issues. • Match POs, ASNs, receipts, BOLs, and shipping confirmations. • Collaborate with supply chain and 3PL partners to resolve discrepancies. • Identify trends in recurring issues and drive corrective actions. • Maintain and present DSO, aging dashboards, deduction logs, and recovery rates. • Track risk drivers and retailer-specific variance patterns to inform leadership. • Work with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to prevent chargebacks and improve upstream processes. • Support revenue assurance tasks during month-end (not a full close role).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in A/R within CPG or wholesale selling into mass retail. • Hands-on Walmart + Target deduction management (non-negotiable). • Strong command of 810/820/850/852 retail transactions. • Experience applying payments, resolving short-pays, and managing aging. • Ability to match POs, ASNs, BOLs, and receipts with precision. • Strong written and verbal English skills; clear, proactive communicator. • Experience working with supply chain, 3PL, operations, and sales. • Persistent, analytical, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. • Familiarity with OTIF, routing guides, and ASN requirements • Experience with ERP, SPS Commerce, NuOrder, or EDI platforms • Experience presenting A/R metrics and insights.
