• Experience: 4–8 years in growth, product, or marketing roles — ideally in B2B SaaS environments. • PLG Expertise: Proven success designing and executing PLG funnels and onboarding flows. • Analytics Tools: Hands-on with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools. • Campaign Management: Experience with LinkedIn, developer communities, and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Outreach). • Frameworks: Familiarity with AARRR, growth loops, and PQL models. • Technical Mindset: Comfort working with developers, APIs, and product data. • Execution: Independent, fast-moving, and capable of iterating with minimal oversight. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; clear, analytical, and action-oriented. • Bonus skills: Experience running conversion optimization or UX experiments. • Familiarity with Salesforce or a developer tools ecosystem. • Early-stage or startup growth experience. • Prior experience setting up dashboards and defining growth KPIs from scratch.
