📋 Description

• Architect, own, and optimize the full marketing funnel—from first touch to intro call • Build and manage the growth funnel from awareness → MQL → SQL → intake • Improve conversion rates across the website, landing pages, and intake • Reduce friction in the buyer journey through CRO, UX improvements, and automation • Create and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google • Test new channels and audiences using disciplined experimentation and ROI analysis • Own CAC per channel and deliver weekly performance reporting • Oversee website strategy, including pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and landing pages • Lead the testing roadmap: A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel diagnostics, and user behavior insights • Collaborate closely on SEO and organic growth alignment • Build automated lead nurture sequences and workflows in HubSpot • Design reactivation systems for dormant or cold leads • Ensure accurate tracking, UTMs, and attribution across the marketing stack • Build dashboards for CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance • Drive a culture of measurement with weekly readouts and learning cycles • Work with Lifecycle Marketing to ensure end-to-end messaging continuity • Collaborate with Partnerships on co-marketing and referral loops • Drive briefs for Content and Design aligned to funnel goals • Report directly to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in B2B growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation • Expertise with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting tools • Proven track record reducing CAC and scaling demand with measurable ROI • Ability to design experiments, write briefs, analyze data, and manage multiple channels • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, globally distributed teams • Bonus Skills: Experience in talent marketplaces, SaaS, staffing, or service-based businesses • Background in CRO or funnel optimization • Experience managing light content and design workflows
