📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Optimize system performance and end-user satisfaction • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations • Address member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation • Drive process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams • Develop skills and competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Support OCHIN’s mission through technical expertise and innovative solutions • Align technical strategies with business objectives • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational goals • Provide on-site Go Live support as required

🎯 Requirements

• Must have certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; certification or proficiency in both is highly desired • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst is ideal • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build • Experience with billing in New York state is desired • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview is required • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction free workplace • Willingness and ability to travel 20–25% nationally for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements
