📋 Description

• Develop, document, and deploy EpicCare Ambulatory solution functionality • Build, test, and maintain features according to specifications and requirements • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments on project implementations and member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation for process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Contribute to technical design, analysis, system enhancements, and competency growth • Support Epic Product Team strategy, design, optimization, Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades • Travel nationally as needed for Go-Live installations or training

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Ambulatory Analyst • Current certification in the assigned Epic application(s) • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • Demonstrated experience in system application build • Strong understanding of EpicCare Ambulatory workflows, analytics, and technology • Experience building system application packages and moving them through multiple environments • Strong understanding of clinical functionalities including Community Connect and rural healthcare • Strong communication skills with application teams, technical teams, and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented, with a focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption before hire
