📋 Description

• Facilitate processes/operations required for new services/location, service location changes, and new technology/equipment to ensure accurate and complete set-up and implementation • Participate in research, training, and education that supports the project • Escalate issues that may not put the project at risk; recommends solutions • Ensure data integrity and quality control • Ensure projects remain within budget • Other related duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Health Administration • 10 years related professional experience OR 5 years related professional experience with a Bachelor's degree • Revenue Integrity, chargemaster, charge capture, audit, coding, reimbursement, or revenue cycle operations experience preferred • Epic charging workflow, Charge Router, workqueue, or operational troubleshooting experience • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills preferred • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings, recommendations, and solutions. • Related professional certification (e.g. CIA, CPA, CISA, CPC; CCS, etc.) preferred.
