• Provide HR support and follow-up for Octos • Support Octos within the Software Engineering practice • Conduct professional development interviews and return-to-work interviews after long absences • Monitor employee satisfaction analyses for Octos and implement necessary actions • Conduct exit interviews • Manage complex HR situations and related actions • Implement HR policy • Ensure deployment of OCTO HR processes (annual reviews, onboarding, parental policies, coaching, etc.) • Provide advisory support on training and development • Organize and sometimes facilitate thematic workshops for managers • Participate in the design and/or deployment of HR projects
• At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner • Strong knowledge of employment law • Experience supporting a predominantly managerial/senior professional population • Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) • Extensive experience conducting employee follow-up and support interviews • Knowledge of the consulting/service industry is a plus
