📋 Description

• Lead the Cloud Platform team and report to the Product Director (Iryna Melnyk) • Be part of a cross-functional Product Leadership Team (PLT) with an Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer sharing accountability • Build understanding of customers across industries and technology stacks • Use insights to shape key future opportunities for Octopus Cloud • Collaborate with the team to unify technical vision, customer needs, and business goals to define solutions • Work closely with Revenue and Marketing to help accelerate Octopus Cloud adoption • Inspire and excite the team through stories of purpose and impact • Ensure Octopus Cloud is secure, scalable, reliable, and shaped to win new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience working on an Enterprise B2B SaaS product • Ability to guide discussions with customers to uncover opportunities • Experience assessing opportunities and setting direction for the product/product area • Comfortable managing a technical product, including security, scalability, availability • Highly collaborative approach and ability to create alignment across executives and stakeholders • Experience representing your product and improving engagement and customer success • Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or customer success to identify and prioritise changes to unblock product adoption • Must live and work in Australia or New Zealand; no visa sponsorship for candidates outside these countries
