📋 Description

• Lead and maintain strong, respectful leadership and a positive culture within the technical team • Ensure all surveys passing through the design team are technically viable for installation • Review and revise technical checking and support processes • Support the sales team with customers’ technical questions • Apply technical rigour where there is installation risk • Support customers with app and desktop inverter software • Support technical issues during and after installation • Help promote the company’s solar products • Work with the internal low carbon product design team to support installation of solar PV systems in domestic properties

🎯 Requirements

• Fully trained technical expert in solar, with a proven track record of installing domestic PV systems • Good communication skills • Ability to work with a team to achieve the best results • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification (level 3) • 18th Edition • 2394/2395 test & inspection • Solar PV qualification • Required to travel nationwide
